Welcome to Davos, The 2nd Global Tacit Knowledge Management Forum
Invitation Letter
Dear friends,
You are invited to join our forum which will be held on Nov 12-14, 2023 in Davos, Switzerland!
This forum is organized by GO-TKM, full name of "Global Think-tank for Organizational Tacit Knowledge Management, " a not-for-profit international organization registered in Brussel, Belgium.
With the rapid developments of global economics, limited resources increase the volatility of this world. Many young & inexperienced people have to learn by mistake-trials, which waste too many resources. On the other hand, tremendous people retired/resigned from their jobs every year in many countries, the most valuable wisdoms in their brain are not serving the society any longer.
How can we shift people's learning to tacit knowledge management integrated with mentoring, and create the green learning units in every corner of the earth to protect our environment?
In the coming Forum, we are calling for KOL (Key Opinion leaders), influential business leaders, government policy-makers, knowledge management experts / practioner together to develop solutions to this global challenges.
